Rachael Cook

 Rachael L. Cook (born October 4, 1978) is an American actress. She has appeared on the Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (2000), Josie and the Pussycats (2002) and the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice and also in Robot Chicken's and She's all That (1999) and She's All That (1999). The series began with the English version for Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Leigh Cook is a Minnesota native, daughter of Thomas Howard Cook (a former stand-up comedian and social worker) and JoAnn (a weaver and cooking instructor). She is a part-Italian. Cook first made an appearance in an announcement of public service for foster care when she was seven years old. of age. She started working as a young print model when she was 10, including nationwide advertisements for Target and appearing on the boxes of Milk-Bone dog biscuits. She attended Clara Barton Open School at Laurel Springs School and Minneapolis South High School.
